Hi All,

Yesterday by 9PM i paid my Father's IT through E-Payment portal from my Axis bank net banking by entering my customer ID and the password. It went through fine and the IT was paid successfully. Next day morning at 11AM I was trying to pay my Mother's IT through the same E-Payment portal from the same Axis Bank Net banking but this time it asked me my customer ID , the password and third credential called "Corporate ID" which i dont have or i dont intend to as this account is a individual holder savings account. I asked the axis bank customer care  and as usual some less know edged service person answered  the call and said apply for corporate ID and get it.

I wanted to know, since i am using the same account to pay both my parents tax its asking the corporate ID or it is not allowed to pay 2 person's tax in one account 

Experts or experienced people with this please help me with this
